Most of our duplex plans and apartments can be modified or merged to create additional units. For example, "stack" a duplex to create a 4-plex, much like J1031-4 above. Feel free to browse our duplex plans to determine if this approach would suit your needs. If so, send email to get started.

Note: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify whether they must meet ADA requirements for any reason. It has been our findings that some locations require accessible units while other locations do not. In some cases, this applies to buildings with 4 units or more. Please verify with your local building official before ordering. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot honor requests for refunds or exchanges.
