contact you with timely and accurate information. Many common questions require that we
review the drawings in depth which may take a little time. By emailing your questions
first, we can avoid keeping you on hold for extending periods of time while those reviews
take place. If you feel that your changes must be addressed by phone, please leave
details, including the plan number on our answering system and allow up to 24 hours for someone to contact you. This will allow for the plan
reviews explained above.
